Started golfing this year and my driver swing has gone through a ton of changes. Used to struggle with a nasty slice but now play a fade. My miss is still a nasty slice and if I slow my swing down at all, I start slicing. Any tips are appreciated!

Seems like it. Hard with this angle and fish eye lens view. A better down the line video is set up hip level directly to your right, centered between your f eye and the ball.
No, you’re not really over the top. Your grip looks pretty weak though
You setup a hair too close to the ball and then press your left arm across your chest where you want to lift more.
Check out this routine for getting set.

Here is a feel I really like for the takeaway.

I suffer with the same thing. I’m currently battling with a pull. But, I’ve been teeing it up at the range on the orange driver tee ( there’s no grass range near me so I’m off of mats. I hover and iron and clip a few away. Teaches me to get a little flatter and feel the realise a bit more. And please, don’t swing slower, it’ll only make things worse. Always play to how you go about daily life. Anyone who says other wise are probably the same whoppers that tell folk to keep their head down!
Based on this, no, you’re not over the top. Your camera isn’t set up correctly though. It should be hand height at address, directly behind your hands, and straight down the target line.

Just going off the ball flight and miss you’re out to in on the path. Worse when you’re slow based on saying slice vs fade too. You’re way across the line at the top, and probably working hard to save it on the way back down.
Different camera angle as folks have said. As always work with a coach, sort out the basics. It’ll save you a lot of hunting, and false body programming if you’re still new at this. The newer you are the more worth it it is. Groove the good stuff, not the wrong stuff.
Not crazy. Almost looks like the club is falling behind in the swing.

Drop back your right shoulder.
